Store Policies


All sales of preowned and vintage items are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on final sale items. If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order, we will make it right. Reach out to our team explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Most of our items are in "pre-owned" condition and may exhibit flaws in accordance with wear. We try our best to detail these flaws in our product photos and description. The presence of a flaw does not qualify a preowned or vintage item for a return.

We will not accept returns based on an item's fit. We provide measurements for each item on the product page. If you have any doubts as to whether an item will fit or need additional measurements , please reach out and we will be happy to assist. 

Returned items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging (if applicable).

To start a return, please contact us via the Contact page, or via direct message on Instagram. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted, and you risk losing the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review your order and works towards a resolution.

Please allow us 24-48 hours after delivery to inspect and verify the condition of any returned items. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
