Domestic Shipping (United States)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days, especially for remote locations or during periods of high postal volume such as holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors outside of our control.

USPS Ground Shipping (Orders Under $40)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free USPS Ground Shipping (Orders Over $40)

Enjoy complimentary USPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders over $40.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Available Expedited Services

  • USPS Priority Mail — Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express — Guaranteed delivery within 1–2 business days
  • FedEx / UPS / DHL — Available upon request

Shipping costs for expedited services are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. Those who place an order through the Shop app have easy access to tracking within the app. 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before shipment. If the order has already shipped, the carrier may impose a fee to correct the address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, and shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a failed delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking has stopped updating or your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us or the shipping carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist in locating the package; however, we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide through Shopify Markets Pro.

International Shipping Availability

We currently ship to 150+ countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and carrier handling charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to alter declared order values or mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.

Through Shopify Markets Pro, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout whenever possible to help avoid surprise charges upon delivery.
