If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our team and we will do our best to make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


All Sales Final

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned clothing, all sales are considered final. We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.


Condition of Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Most items sold in our store are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of natural wear consistent with age and prior use.

Possible imperfections may include:

  • Fading
  • Minor discoloration
  • Small holes or distressing
  • Cracking or wear to graphics
  • General signs of age and wear

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe any notable flaws in each listing. However, minor imperfections may occasionally go undocumented or appear differently in person due to lighting, screen settings, or garment age.

All vintage and pre-owned items are sold as-is.


Sizing & Fit

We do not accept returns based on fit or sizing issues.

Measurements are provided in the description of each product page to help ensure proper fit before purchase. We strongly recommend comparing listed measurements to a garment you already own.

If you have any questions about sizing before placing an order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


Return Requests

To request a return for an eligible issue, please contact us through our Contact page, email, or via direct message on Instagram.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label, or
  • Instructions on where and how to send your package

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is missing items
  • There is a significant issue not described in the listing

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will contact you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
