Return Policy

At Agent Thrift, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges in most situations.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All vintage and preowned/used items sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • This includes but is not limited to all clothing, accessories, and any digital products.

Condition Note Regarding Damaged or Defective Items: Many of our items are in "pre-owned" or "used" condition and may exhibit flaws in accordance with wear. Vintage and preowned garments are sold as is. Preowned and vintage items may have flaws including discoloration, holes, fading, and wear to graphics. We try our best to document these flaws through our product photos and description. The presence of flaws does not qualify a preowned or vintage item for a return.

Eligible Situations for Return:

We strive to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and that all product descriptions are as clear and detailed as possible. However, if you believe there has been an error with your order or if you have received a product that is grossly misrepresented, we will work to resolve the issue promptly

  1. Order Errors:

    • If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was not part of your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received.
    • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
  2. Grossly Misrepresented Products:

    • If you receive a product that significantly differs from the description or images on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, a description of how the product differs, and photographic evidence if applicable.
    • Our team will review your case and, if the product is deemed to be grossly misrepresented, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
