Returns
- "As-Is" Policy: Vintage items are sold in their current condition with known wear and age. Each item is unique and may display natural signs of use, including small holes, specks of paint, small or faint stains, thin fabric, faded/cracked graphics.
- Sales Final: Due to the nature of vintage clothing, we are not able to accept returns. We will honor cancellations within two hours of the order being placed as long as it hasn't been fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Misrepresented Items: If the item you ordered was significantly misrepresented, damaged beyond what was presented, lost, or incorrect, please reach out so we can rectify the situation.
- Refunds: Orders will be refunded to the original method of payment upon receipt of approved returns. Please allow 3-7 business days for funds to clear.
- Store Credit/Exchanges: At our discretion, we may allow returns of items that do not otherwise qualify in exchange for a different item or store credit. Buyer will pay return shipping costs in these cases.
